Coonara House has been providing quality three-year-old kinder care to the local community for 27 years. The staff of Kidzfun pre-kinder group prepare and implement an educational and culturally appropriate program for 3-4 year old children. The program is semi-structured providing suitable activities covering all areas of development. The staff provide a safe, healthy and stimulating environment for all children ased on the needs and interests of individuals and the group.
Parents should ensure that children bring a bag containing the following items to each session:
A change of clothes
A small lunch
Session times:
Monday 9.30 - 12.30 (till 12.00 in Term 1)
Tuesday 9.30 - 12.30 (till 12.00 in Term 1)
Wednesday 9.30 - 12.30 (till 12.00 in Term 1)
Session costs:
$20 per session per child (members fee)
Fees are payable by the term, however, weekly payments are possible as long as they are always in advance.
NB An extra charge of $1 per child per session for non-members is payable.
Occasional Childcare
These sessions are semi-structured with a variety of play and craft activities for children aged from 0-5 years. Each session is conducted by qualified and experienced staff.
Parents should ensure that children bring a bag containing the following items to each session:
Nappies (if needed)
A change of clothes (just in case)
A named lunch box with a small snack of pre-cut fruit and a small lunch of perhaps a sandwich and drink.
Session costs:
$20 per session per child (members fee)
$19 each for other child in family (members fee)
Fees must be paid at least one week in advance
NB An extra charge of $1 per child per session for non-members is payable
Childcare for classes
Discounted childcare is available to the children of students attending classes at Coonara on days that Occasional Care is available
Cost: $4.50 per hour
