Our 3-6 year old classes run for 45 min.
Each week we have a new theme to keep children interested and engaged with the class. We explore different yoga poses through games and interactive activities. Finishing each class with "Quiet time". We explore different breathing techniques and meditation. We want the children to leave the class feeling calm and grounded.
Tuesdays 9.30am - 10.15am
2nd August - 6th September (6 weeks)
