This course is for absolute writing beginners who would like to develop their writing skills. You will learn how to move through writer’s block and get your voice flowing onto the page. You will also learn basic principles of grammar to help you to improve your writing and make it easier to read and comprehend. There will be opportunities to explore creative writing, life writing and poetry. You will also be encouraged to read the writing of other writers and start to explore what makes reading appealing to you.
You will be guided with lots of writing prompts to help you to get words onto the page, as well practical information to help you to refine your writing skills.

If you withdraw from a class more that 5 business days before the start date, you will be eligible for a refund less a $10 administration fee.
