Guided Mindfulness & Meditation

Take a gentle pause each week with this calming course. You’ll learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation in a relaxed, supportive setting. Each session includes simple techniques to calm the mind and soothe the body, followed by a guided meditation to help you feel more grounded and present. People of all ages and experiences welcome.

REFUND POLICY

Courses require minimum numbers to proceed. If we cancel a class you will receive a full refund.

If you withdraw from a class more that 5 business days before the start date, you will be eligible for a refund less a $10 administration fee.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 5 business days of the class start date.
