Meditation for Care Givers

We understand that as a caregiver, finding time for yourself can be challenging. To support your well-being, we offer an evening online meditation class designed specifically for those who can’t attend in-person sessions.

Our class focuses on self-care, relaxation, and unwinding. With over 20 years of experience, our instructor will guide you through simple yet powerful techniques to soothe your nervous system, alleviate stress and anxiety, and restore inner peace and balance.

No prior meditation experience is needed—just bring your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop with the Zoom app. Join us from the comfort of your own home and take this opportunity to nurture your mind and body. REFUND POLICY

Courses require minimum numbers to proceed. If we cancel a class you will receive a full refund.

If you withdraw from a class more that 5 business days before the start date, you will be eligible for a refund less a $10 administration fee.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 5 business days of the class start date.
