Our instructor, Suzie, brings over 20 years of experience in leading group meditation sessions. She will introduce you to various meditation styles and techniques, with each class featuring a unique approach. You’ll receive a brief explanation of the practice followed by a guided meditation. This class is perfect for anyone seeking a deeper connection to their personal well-being. Participants are invited to sit comfortably in chairs during the session.

REFUND POLICY

Courses require minimum numbers to proceed. If we cancel a class you will receive a full refund.

If you withdraw from a class more that 5 business days before the start date, you will be eligible for a refund less a $10 administration fee.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 5 business days of the class start date.
