Online Meditation Class for Carers

As someone who gives so much of yourself to others, this class is an invitation to turn inward with compassion, care, and deep kindness for yourself.
This live online Zoom session is designed specifically for Carers, offering a safe and supportive space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner most self. Our experienced Meditation instructor will share with you a gentle, guided meditation, grounding techniques, and a heart-opening practice.
This is more than just relaxation, it’s a practice in self-love and self-care. A moment to refill your own cup, so you can continue to give from a place of strength and wholeness.

REFUND POLICY

Courses require minimum numbers to proceed. If we cancel a class you will receive a full refund.

If you withdraw from a class more that 5 business days before the start date, you will be eligible for a refund less a $10 administration fee.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 5 business days of the class start date.
