Shibashi is an older form of Qi Gong which combines physical exercise and breathing techniques. It incorporates 18 movements the benefits of which include gentle stretching, exercise of joints, muscles and tendons, calming and stress reduction. Qi Gong is known to improve circulation, balance and coordination, and is an excellent form of exercise for young and old alike.
