This trauma-informed self defence program is designed to help women build confidence, personal safety skills, and a greater sense of empowerment in a supportive and inclusive environment. Participants will learn practical self defence strategies, boundary setting, situational awareness, and simple techniques to respond to common real world situations.
The program recognises the impact that stress and past experiences can have on the body and mind, creating a safe space where women can learn at their own pace while developing confidence, self trust, and the ability to respond calmly under pressure.
