SHE CONNECTS project is a yearlong commitment to Women’s Health and Wellbeing in the City of Knox. The project is designed to enhance women’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through a series of community building, information sessions, health checks, interactive workshops. Over the course of 10 months, the program will host one informative activity each month, creating a safe, supportive and empowering environment for women to connect, learn, thrive and foster a sense of belonging to their community.

Discover the magic of Virtual Reality and experience some of the world’s most iconic destinations from the comfort of your chair. Partnering with Knox Council’s Positive and Healthy Ageing Team, this fun, hands-on session will take you to explore places like Venice, Tokyo, Machu Picchu and New York City. Come along, try something new, and see where your next virtual adventure takes you.

Courses require minimum numbers to proceed. If we cancel a class you will receive a full refund.
If you withdraw from a class more that 5 business days before the start date, you will be eligible for a refund less a $10 administration fee.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 5 business days of the class start date.
