SHE CONNECTS project is a yearlong commitment to Women’s Health and Wellbeing in the City of Knox. The project is designed to enhance women’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through a series of community building, information sessions, health checks, interactive workshops. Over the course of 10 months, the program will host one informative activity each month, creating a safe, supportive and empowering environment for women to connect, learn, thrive and foster a sense of belonging to their community.
Session 1 – 18th February (10.00am – 12.00pm) will be delivered as a Wellness Hub, designed to provide women with access to a range of supportive services in one welcoming space. The Hub will offer stations where organisations can offer practical support, guidance, and resources tailored to an individual’s needs.

Courses require minimum numbers to proceed. If we cancel a class you will receive a full refund.
If you withdraw from a class more that 5 business days before the start date, you will be eligible for a refund less a $10 administration fee.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 5 business days of the class start date.
