Sourdough Starter & Bread Making

In the first session you will learn the simple steps to grow your own sourdough starter culture. Participants will commence the process to grow their own which will take about 7 days to mature, ready to make bread.

In the second session, participants will be shown the entire process of making sourdough bread. They will also be able to use their starter to kick off the process of making their own loaf.

Please bring a mid-size jar with a lid for the first session and bring your starter and a large mixing bowl preferably with a lid to the second session.
