In this demonstration class, you will see first hand how simple this process is. Fermented foods have grown in popularity and although they are available to buy, it is quite simple and cost effective to do it yourself. The health benefits are amazing as fermented foods increase beneficial bacteria in your gut which helps to improve digestion, support the immune system, decrease inflammation and so much more.
