Finding Calm in your Day to Day Living through Emotional Freedom Techniques/EFT

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as “Tapping”, is a fast and simple evidence-based self help tool. Combining ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology, this technique helps to achieve freedom from emotional issues that are creating stress and preventing us from leading happy and fulfilled lives.

In these workshops you will:

  • Be given a brief overview of EFT/Tapping
  • Be introduced to the Tapping Points
  • Participate in at least 3 hands on experiences of EFT/Tapping
  • Receive a copy of the Tapping Points
  • Receive a Tapping script for individual use at home

 

EFT is easy to learn, teach and implement. It is a self-administered, and involves using the fingers to tap on a set of specific acupressure points on the body. This tapping action sends a calming message to the amygdala (the fight, flight or freeze centre of the brain), which leads to soothed emotions, allowing the “Tapper” to approach the issue at hand from a more centred and mindful perspective.

EFT can be used to:

  • Lower anger, frustration, anxiety and stress levels
  • Improve work and/or school attendance
  • Improve relationships
  • Improve focus, attention and productivity
  • Reduce test anxiety and much more!

REFUND POLICY

Courses require minimum numbers to proceed. If we cancel a class you will receive a full refund.

If you withdraw from a class more that 5 business days before the start date, you will be eligible for a refund less a $10 administration fee.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 5 business days of the class start date.
