Many health benefits are to be found in regular Qi Gong practice, including improved balance and reduced risk of falling, reduction in low back pain and disability, and greater muscle strength. In this short course we will work with a set of Qi Gong exercises which exercise the back – upper and lower – to promote flexibility and strength. Most of these exercises can be adapted to seated position. As the practice of Qi Gong integrates the body, breath and mind, we also benefit from this mindfulness in motion.

Courses require minimum numbers to proceed. If we cancel a class you will receive a full refund.
If you withdraw from a class more that 5 business days before the start date, you will be eligible for a refund less a $10 administration fee.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 5 business days of the class start date.
